Coco à Moi Bite Sized Brownies are made with the finest ingredients – the chocolate in the brownies 
has 70% cocoa solids so they have a wonderful rich chocolate flavour, the chocolate chunks have 52% cocoa solids so they have a nice bittersweet contrast. The chocolate is made with a blend of different West African cocoa beans carefully selected by a chocolatier to give a consistently high quality product – My brownies are soft and fudgy, as real brownies should be – I have made them bite sized so you don’t feel guilty eating them and also because they are so rich and intense it is just the right size to enjoy them. I though it would be great if people could relax and savour the moment while eating them – perhaps with a nice cup of
coffee and a good book... but you may not have a book to read – so I have had some special short stories written and popped one into each box. There will be new stories throughout the year that you can enjoy with your brownies – when you have read them you can use them as postcards to send notes to friends or to write your shopping list on! Coco à Moi Bite Sized Brownies are perfect for a treat, a gift or to share with a very good friend. If you are really busy and need to get a present to a friend then leave it to me – and I will send them for you from our online shop. We have some great greetings cards for you to choose from- these are often updated too and we also offer gift wrapping in our very stylish silver wrap with orange Coco à Moi ribbon.
All our ingredients are natural...there’s nothing in them you would not find in your own kitchen cupboard and we will only ever make them that way.
