1. UK Long Distance Selling Regulations
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334), transpose into UK law Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
Exceptions to the UK Long Distance Selling Regulations are goods that cannot, by their nature, be returned, such as perishable goods, e.g. food.
The purchase of Coco à Moi Chocolate Brownies is therefore EXEMPT from the UK Long Distance selling Regulations as these goods (Coco à Moi Chocolate Brownies) are perishable foodstuffs.
Accordingly, A NO REFUND/NO RETURN Policy applies for ALL Coco à Moi Chocolate Brownies purchased online from this website. This DOES NOT affect your statutory rights.

Note that ALL Credit Card and Cheque details that you provide to us via this website online order facility are collected using a 128 bit SSL secured ENCRYPTED server link and thus YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS FULLY PROTECTED DATA.
Once your Credit Card data is used to process your order your CREDIT details are DESTROYED.
