About Us
I think I must have inherited a sweet-tooth from my Mum as there were always great cakes in our pantry when I was growing up in Scotland. I have always loved cakes and baking and sharing those cakes with friends ...so setting up Coco à Moi was almost inevitable!
I have been running a food consultancy business for more than 10 years and helping other people develop and launch food products. I have always made chocolate brownies for client meetings in the office and as presents to send to customers at Christmas time. Everyone loved them and always asked why I didn’t sell them all year round. After 7 years of adjusting the recipe I now believe they are the most delicious brownies you could eat!
